About Me

I have been playing guitar for over two decades and have  been teaching for more than seventeen. During this time I have studied classical guitar with Andrew Creaghan (Red Deer College) and Shannon Frizzell (RDC). I have also studied jazz/pop with Jamie Philips (RDC, Grant MacEwan). I have  attended numerous workshops including a week with the National Guitar Workshop in Toronto were I was fortunate to attend a class with the great Rick Emmitt of the rock band Triumph and solo fame. Currently I teach a variety of guitar styles including rock, metal, pop, country and classical. I also teach bass and mandolin. I enjoy a great variety of music and welcome students of all ages and interests. If you have any questions please to not hesitate to phone or email me, I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding lessons.
